Another chance to ride Bison – of course I couldn’t turn that down. Alan Leon kindly lent me Bison again for the 90kms 1* at Silfiac which is usually a fast wooded course that should be great fun to ride.
But again the weather got in the way, and more rain, flood and mud for us. The twisty turny tracks were deep bog and we resorted to plodding through it at a steady pace but still had a great fun day.
5 of us from Les Ecuries du Roc’h hit the trails together and we stayed together the whole day, enjoying a group cantering finish. Alan was riding Karaka for our friend Naomi Muller from South Africa as part of his preparation for WEG.
